Attach new patch [~sseth] please help review.
* move the disableSplitGrouping option in TezExampleBase (Although not every
example need this and may not be the best approach, this can make least code
change )
* also add local mode option in TezExampleBase, so we can easily change to
local mode by passing local mode option as parameter.
* For the new unit test, run them as local mode.
