This was due to TEZ-1767. Pig uses custom comparator and expects len > 0 for
comparisons. This is specific to 0.7 (master). It is working fine in 0.6
branch without issues.
Uploading the fix with the testcase. [~sseth] - Please review when you find
time.
[~rohini] - Is it possible to run e2e tests in pig with local version of tez?
Can you plz post the command if possible? I can try a complete e2e test with
Pig+Tez before committing.
