addressed the comments from the review.
* for the polling code will check if changes suggested (start next poll only
after current one is over) separately. it does that already for the dag info
(it checks if the record is being loaded, if so does not start a new request)
* changing the dagID to dagIndex - will take this separately in separate jira.
