Converting this into sub-tasks.
Another bit that could be done is to set log levels for certain chatty classes
like RackResolver to WARN by default. tez.am.log.level INFO would internally
set everything to INFO, except RackResolver would be set to WARN. Setting it
back to INFO would required setting this string explicitly.
