Current implementation:
message = One liner that describes the error, only this would be displayed by
default.
details = Gives more info about the error, will be displayed on clicking the
message.
Changes in the patch:
- Limits the height of message and details elements in error bar to 100 & 300
pixels respectively.
- Shows a scroll bar in details element if needed.
- Corrected positioning of close button so that the scroll bar would be shown
at the right most end.
- If a multi-line message is passed, only the first line will be shown as
message and remaining would be prepended to the details.
