bq. Is there meant to be a test to check that Not available is being displayed
when neither the view nor download logs url are available?
Display of 'Not Available' happens inside the em-table-linked-cell component
level. Hence from this level we just need to ensure that the values passed are
correct (Those tests are added in the current patch).
bq. If one of them is available, then the appropriate link should be displayed.
If both are not available, only then Not Available should show up.
Right now we just have one link, and we use the same from both view and
download.
