[~abstractdog] [~mingma] It sounds like a good idea. I'd like Ming to try it if
you can access the reference implementation(I assume there is something as you
are the originator of PTD-3209). [I'm trying this feature with Hive and I have
no pure Tez application with
FairShuffleVertexManager|https://lists.apache.org/thread/jm0dshbc4whh3k7yw8dm50df7c15nbyk].
If it is not accessible or you don't have enough time, I am willing to try it.
