Description:
Given that JDK25 is LTS, we might want to target it in the 1.0.0 release.
Currently, we have JDK21 and JDK24 checks in precommit (JDK21 yetus full
coverage + JDK21/JDK24 github actions compile), it's maybe time to consider
moving to JDK25 as the minimum supported version assuming that Hive + Hadoop
already moves.
