There are two constructors currently for TezSessions. One constructor requires
and applicationId, and the other constructor does not. TezSession creates a
YARN application Id whenever applicationId is null. So, is this ticket just
here to remove the constructor requiring the appId? If so we will need to
coordination with Pig and Hive that both use the constructor requiring appId.
