Hi [~hitesh], I do not want to make you upset.
But the *-default.xml has some benefits:
1) We can directly get the default value of parameters by only creating an
instance of TezConfiguration.
2) As a good project, we should have good customer documents. We are not
expecting Tez users to know all Tez parameters by reading source code, right?
