Fix For: 0.5.0
In TaskCounterUpdater, updateProcessTree() is invoked from
initResourceCalculatorPlugin & recordInitialCpuStats. With
ResourceCalculatorProcessTree, close to 300-500 ms is wasted in every task
launch.
