[~hitesh] it took long time to pop-up any user name. I could get mine
([~kamrul]) when i wait for long time.
Anyway, i can assign JIRA from other project. I will wait for one day if it
doesn't fix, i will send an email to infra@.
Anyway, would you please review the first patch?
