Also,
TezRootInputInitializer -> RootInputInitializer
TezRootInputIniitializerContext -> RootInputIniitialzerContext
For the contexts, it disrupts all uers code - they're at least named
consistently (all 3 context instances are named Tez*) - so we could decide not
to change those.
