Would be good to have a check for xms also. We dont want to second the user if
they have done anything related to this.
One thing to note would be whether this may affect testing because now instead
of the 200m or smaller existing value, the xmx and xms may be too large for
single node local testing/mini cluster env's.
Rest looks good.
