Next iteration.
1) Post TEZ-1127 more items from the AMConfiguration's constructor are not
needed. Removed its public use. Keeping internal use.
2) Added new API's to addAppMasterLocalResources() that should work for both
session and non-session mode.
3) Added setCredentials() API to set specific credentials if needed.
For the advanced cases, there is API support. But for the common case, a user
simply needs to do new TezClient(tezconf).
