Patch creates the minimal TezMergedInputContext thats needed.
Removes InputReadyCallback. Existing tests cover the change.
Main aim is to remove InputReadyCallback in the context of cleaning up the API
for TEZ-690. More methods may be added to TezMergedInputContext as needed.
