Follow up from [~hitesh]'s comment on TEZ-1295.

On the hadoop default version - not sure if we need to upgrade it as of now. As
long as hadoop is compatible, I am not sure if we need to change. However, it
might be worth considering naming the tez tarball based on what version of
hadoop it was compiled against.
