The constructor is not possible since we create MergedLogicalInput via
reflection like other IPO's.
Removed the FrameworkInterface. That removed a lot of methods as well as took
care of the duplicate initialize() method.
Added a getWorkDirs() because that may be useful in merging inputs. Other
methods may be added as needed.
