[~hitesh], I'll be working with [~lichangleo] on this issue through the summer.
Feel free to assign it to him. One thing to note is that this requires the CORS
patch to ATS from YARN-2277 to work. Also, this is an unhosted solution to the
problem so it requests you to point to a valid ATS REST API server and port.
