alficles opened a new issue #1851: browser-icons.png should be removed

   `incubator-trafficcontrol/traffic_ops/app/public/images/browser-icons.png` 
should be removed. It's only reference (as far as I can tell) is on the login 
page for TO. The icon use is dubiously legal and it's probably easier to remove 
them than to figure out the legalities.
   
   Also, there are lots of browsers out there now and TO probably works with 
most if not all of them. If we have bugs in a particular browser, it's probably 
better to fix them or make a note with words than to use logos.
