Logs created in a plugin via TSTextLogObjectCreate and then have log rolling
enabled via TSTextLogObjectRollingEnabledSet are not rolled.
To reproduce, in a plugin create a log and then call
TSTextLogObjectRollingEnabledSet(log_object, 3)
The log is not rolled.
