The reason for adding logging was just to make sure that your rules are set
correctly. Operationally it would be useful for troubleshooting issues with
multiple pages being cached with the same content unintentionally. That said, I
see no reason why that couldn't be done with TSDebug statements and just enable
it if/when necessary.
