Testing Traffic Server 4.1.2 using Qualsys and it reports "This site works only
in browsers with SNI support.". Also prevents apachebench from completing the
SSL handshake.
Seems to be a duplicate of TS-1392 in 3.2.x, but maybe that fix wasn't ported
to the 4.x version?
