If there is a need to release another version, at that point it can go on the
mirrors and the download page adjusted accordingly.
Meanwhile perhaps the EOL date should be mentioned on the download page.
At present the download page uses the archive server for 3.0.5, so there's no
point in having 3.0.5 on the mirrors.
Also, you don't want to encourage downloads of 3.0.5 to users who may browse
the mirror directory.
Yes, it should be available, but there seems little point in it being on the
ASF mirrors.
