With this version that's running commits before June 3, 2014 (and TS-2766
reverted), don't see the core dump in SpdyNV::SpdyNV anymore, but, see a
couple of other kinds of cores (one on each prod host). TS-2882 tracks one core
and the second core has the below stack trace from gdb:
