Interesting. Does that 5s timeouts correlate to a specific configuration 
setting? Should we just close this Jira for now?

As for clustering, the primary customer of clustering, Taobao, no longer uses 
nor supports ATS. It's unclear what the future holds of this future right now. 
But there are no plans as of now to remove it, we're hoping to see more 
development on the feature as others gets interested in it.
