This would make a lot of sense. The only origin server configured in
pre-production (remap rule) has a TTL of 86400. The problem seems to occur
daily where the time is about 2-4 minutes less everyday. See here for yourself
(timestamp). I guess I can try to reproduce by using an origin server with TTL
set lower.
