TS-2834 adds a condition {{INTERNAL-TRANSACTION}}. To make it consistent with
the general {{txn}} usage in the ATS source and make the condition shorter to
type :), [~zwoop] suggested to duplicate the condition with {{INTERNAL-TXN}}
and eventually retire the longer form condition.
