More SSL_ERROR_SSL percentage numbers.

Running 5.0.x without SSLv3

after 1 hour 0.22% ssl_error_ssl
after 2 hour 0.055% ssl_error_ssl

Running 5.2.x without SSLv3

after 2 hours 0.044% ssl_error_ssl

So it looks like in our environment the percentage of errors varies over time 
from 0.25% to 0.04% or so.  We see the lower percentages for both 5.0.x and 5.2.
