Attached is a first cut of turning this into configs, review / comments much
appreciated. I didn't do all SETTINGS yet, I'll add the missing ones (although,
PUSH doesn't make a lot of sense until we support it).
Update: I didn't modify my configs to the defaults as per above, I still think
we should do that (make the defaults adhere to the RFC recommendations).
