ts-3522.diff
[~reveller] is still seeing core dumps but with far less frequency. I made
more changes after the original patch before committing to master. Most of the
changes were to support the SPDY/H2 path. Those changes are represented in the
ts-3522.diff patch. Another change was made to plug a null dereference found
by clang-analyzer. That change is in ts-3522-2.diff.
Both sets of changes are already on master.
