I don't see how someone would be able to do this only with cache.config. Do you
have an example configuration for that?
It's definitely doable with ts_lua but that still seems some kind of unstable,
hard to debug and i guess it would be even faster to do this natively.
I didn't check the header_rewrite option so far but i guess that's a lot of
rules for this "simple" job.
