I am conflicted on this change. I agree with Leif that a proper setup in
production should use resolvers and have them setup correctly. The default on
httpd is to look at /etc/hosts, but the default for nginix is to not look at
/etc/hosts for proxying.
I would lean towards not looking at /etc/hosts by default, so I am -0 too.
