Adds the OpenSSL license
I believe since we copied the BIO function from OpenSSL, we must include
the OpenSSL license as well. I removed the NOTICE thing, since the copyright
attribution can be put where the source is.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/zwoop/trafficserver License
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/1467.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
