I agree that the purpose of proxy.config.http2.no_activity_timeout_in is closer to proxy.config.http.keep_alive_no_activity_timeout_in for HTTP1.x. I like the renaming to proxy.config.http2.keep_alive_no_activity_timeout_in (and _out for the H2 to origin case).
