This is not a problem with the new CI: the CentOS images used for the new CI has a version of openssl that supports the `-alpn` option. I suggest we address this by adding an openssl feature skip check to the `tls_bad_alpn.test.py` test (something good to have regardless) and wait for CI test coverage until we move to the new CI, which should be soon. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
