I tried adjust the rcv_data function to not return a connection error if the stream_id is invalid. This is the case that happens if the previous HEADER frame was reject. This unfortunately fails a h2spec case where a stream in the idle state that is sent a DATA frame must return a connection error. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
