```CONFIG proxy.config.http.cache.open_write_fail_action INT 5``` corresponds to: Retry Cache Read on a Cache Write Lock failure When simulating a thundering herd against a manifest file with max-age=1 and changing content every 10s it has been observed that 1-3 transactions ended up timing out with ERR_CLIENT_ABORT and 0 bytes transferred.
