We found some extraneous logs in our lab server running ATS 9.2.1. It looks like it is not expecting text after a `204` status code but the extra length seems to be attributable to the text string `No content`. At first, looks like this might have been related to #9330 and #9333 but they have been merged in 9.2.1.
