This proposed refactoring QUICBidirectionalStream to hold QUICSendStream / QUICReceiveStream as members. Those classes were part of the original in-house QUIC stack, which was removed in #10703 (2023) in favor of a quiche-based implementation, so the classes this refers to no longer exist.
