I am closing this as a feature request for functionality that is not implemented. Explicit forward proxying over HTTP/2 (including with prior knowledge) is not supported in Apache Traffic Server, which is why the reconstructed origin request line comes out malformed (the absolute URI from the proxy request ends up in the path). A maintainer noted this in the thread and invited a pull request. No contribution has implemented HTTP/2 forward proxying in the years since, and the issue has gone stale. HTTP/1.1 explicit forward proxying remains the supported path. If anyone wants to add HTTP/2 forward-proxy support, a pull request is welcome and we can reopen to track it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
