missing ctime.pl file on CentOS7.
[trafodion@vmcentos7 ~]$ sqgen
Workstation environment - Not a clustered environment
Can't locate ctime.pl in @INC (@INC contains:

/usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl
