users for DB__ROOT and DB__ADMIN are same, both are 'trafodion', and DB__ADMIN
is picked up for trafodion.
SQL>showddl user db__root;
REGISTER USER "TRAFODION" AS "DB__ROOT";

SQL>showddl user db__admin;
REGISTER USER "TRAFODION" AS "DB__ADMIN";

SQL>values(user);
