I created a PR with *just the donated text* at

I thought this might be a good experiment for collaborative review on the
content via PR, any comments are welcome.
[~gautamgupta] There's 6 parts to the donated material (7 if we include the
welcome pages) -- please feel free to take and start on another part! I've
been working on this slowly in between compiles on other projects, so I didn't
assign the JIRA to myself.
