The Huge Font bug cropped up over a year ago, but I failed to find the cause at that time. It just disappeared after a while. It occurred again in 2.0.4 and I now discovered the cause with some help from Oo forum users. I came across this bug while editing an HTML file. I zoomed in to 200% and afterward found that the font size in help had increased to 200% Oo users Foxcole and Acknak helped me find out what was causing the problem. To set the font size in help to what you want, zoom in while in web view to 120%, 150% or whatever.
