[~wwei] We could add nginx proxy (few configurations in addition to the 
existing nginx server that hosts web) that proxy all the api calls from the  UI 
to YuniKorn scheduler. In this case, user need not have to port-forward the 
scheduler and web just to access the web UI, forwarding web UI port should be 
enough.
