YUNIKORN-762

added the field to a "generated" file (`constants.go`) instead of
`scheduler-interface-spec.md`. Hence, the field was removed after another PR
(https://github.com/apache/incubator-yunikorn-scheduler-interface/pull/42) got
merged.
