The release announcement links on the website are broken.
They point to:
[https://yunikorn.apache.org/community/release-announce/0.11.0]
While they should be pointing to:
[https://yunikorn.apache.org/release-announce/0.11.0/]
Beside those broken links we also have unaccessible links on the release
announcement pages for v0.10 and v0.11. The overview of fixes points to a page
for which you must be authenticated in Apache Jira. We should not have a list
like that behind authentication.
