The [https://yunikorn.apache.org/community/how_to_contribute] page is outdated
as it still says documentation is contained in md files part of the source
repositories. This is no longer correct as it has been moved to the website a
long time ago.
The README stored in the top level of the website repository should become part
of the documentation on the website itself. This would also allow us to
document how and where the website is tracked as we do not have that linked
anywhere currently
