The gh-pages readme needs to be updated as part or release procedure. This is
currently not part of the release procedure. The correct area to put the change
in is as part of the helm chart publication as that already updates the
index.yaml with the new chart details.
This Jira is to update the release procedure NOT to do the work as part of a
release itself.
